We just sold our San Antonio note on Masters Ave to Capstone in late July, 2016. What we liked about Dave was that he was honest and forthright. What he predicted about how the sale would take place did happen. He communicated weekly about the progress of the transaction. Most important, at least to us, is that he was very knowledgeable and professional.

I received a letter in the mail from Capstone Capital regarding my note on Connors Rd in Weslaco, TX, and fortunately set it aside even though I did not anticipate needing to call. Due to some unforeseen circumstances a few months later, I called Capstone and spoke to Dave Franecki in May of 2016. I needed an extremely quick turn around to receive my money as soon a possible. I thought I was asking for the impossible, but Dave not only made that happen, he made it happen quicker than I needed or ever thought possible. The entire process took only 3 weeks to close. It was quick, professional and efficient. I found Dave to be extremely knowledgeable in ways to sell all or even part of the note, with many options available. I also called two other companies about buying my note, but I chose Capstone Capital because of Dave’s knowledge and the different note buying options he presented to me. It proved to be the best decision and I would recommend not only working with Capstone Capital, but working with Dave Franecki.

We purchased a partial note on Adrennes St, Mishawaka, IN from Capstone Capital – fund manager, Dave Franecki, and are VERY pleased.
Not only did he walk us thru the whole process very carefully, he did all the complicated paperwork, and even arranged a partial delayed payment (12 month hold back) from the original seller because the borrower wasn’t super strong. This increased our yield by a lot, and put us in a very favorable financial position on this note.
He assisted in the set up with the servicing company and everything was handled very professionally.
The note has been paying just like clockwork ever since, with the payments showing up in our account while we traveled. We felt very secure in our position on this transaction.
We are quite happy with this investment, and would definitely work with Dave to purchase more partial notes.

I worked with Dave Franecki/Capstone on two (2) separate note transactions. Together we bought a non-performing note on Suncrest Ave, Pittsburgh in February 2014. Dave nurtured the work-out process from the beginning to end, first as a NPN then an REO and eventually it’s sale. Additionally, I bought a performing note from him on a home located on Marion St in Mishawaka, IN in October, 2015 from which I still receive monthly income.
It was easy to work with Dave. His is very knowledgeable and an eager problem-solver, keeping me informed of every step he took and shared all his correspondence with me. He was upfront and open about every aspect of the transaction. Dave also has a healthy respect for time. He wasted no time moving the transaction forward, anticipating potential problems and quickly resolving any issues that came up. He worked with my time frame and schedule.
Dave showed great concern for my interest in the transactions we did. He was open to
my input and questions. He made sure that all the documentation was in order and executed properly, and that my investment was protected. Even after the transactions closed, Dave makes himself available to me when I have questions or concerns.

I just want to take a little time out to thank you Capstone Capital USA and share my experience of selling my note. Back in September, 2015 I connected with Dave, the fund manger of Capstone and he walked me thru the note sale process. I was in need of some immediate cash and wanted to seller the balance of my owner financed note. During the process, Dave take time to share with the value of selling partial vs the whole note. I live in DeSoto, Texas. The note I sold was in Houston, Texas, so all the paper work was done on the computer. Dave made sure all documents was in order, on the day of closing Dave had a representative meet me in Dallas even thought the note was from my Houston, Texas property. Dave connected with me on the phone doing the process with the rep. who was very professional . It was an easy process and most of all he followed up and thru and did what he said he would do in communicating with me every step of the way.
Due to his being Professional,trustworthy and forthright I would use Dave and Capstone again. As a matter of fact we’ll be discussing selling the balance of the note in February 2017 if I’m still insterested in selling it.
